Processing Time: Every piece is made to order, taking 2–7 business days to print before shipping.
Transit Time: Standard delivery takes an additional 4–8 business days (total time: 6–15 business days from order to door).

14-Day Returns: We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't a good fit (literally or metaphorically), request a return within 14 days of delivery via our Self-Service Portal.
Condition & Return Fee: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original mailer (or similar size). A flat $9 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and return postage.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order whenever you're ready.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your garment arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn't the correct item, we'll make it right at zero cost to you. Email hello@oldnewsco.com within 14 days with photos and your order number—we'll ship a replacement and you won't need to send the original back.
