Order Processing & Production

Because our items are made to order, every item goes through a quick production phase before it ships out.

• Standard Processing Time: 2–7 business days

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Once your order has been crafted and packaged, it will be handed off to our shipping partners. Please note that transit times are in addition to production times.

Standard Domestic Shipping: 4–8 business days

(We currently offer standard shipping only; rush or expedited options are not available.)

Shipping Rates:

• Orders under $75: $5.99 flat rate

• Orders $75 or more (subtotal before tax): Free Standard Shipping

Note: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Your total wait time is processing time + shipping time. On average, you can expect your package to arrive within 6–15 business days from the date your order is placed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and update tracking details. You can also view live tracking anytime by signing into your Account Page using the email address provided at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Packages

We monitor shipments closely, but transit delays can occasionally happen. If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@oldnewsco.com with your order number, and we will get it sorted out for you right away.
